Dear Kathleen

I hope your summer is finishing up on a good note. Mine has been good and I am feeling very grateful for two wonderful holidays:  1) family wedding in Bordeaux and 2) few days in Krakow with my sister and sister in law. Both were great! 

I’m also excited about a trip I’ll be making to the US in October. On 20th October I will be in Philadelphia with the Irish American Business Chamber & Network. I’ll be presenting at the Women in Leadership Skills Building Workshop and Luncheon. And I'll be attending the Irish Business Organisation of NY’s 50th Anniversary Gala. As many of you know, I grew up in Connecticut and feel I really have a foot on both continents - so I’m delighted that I am building business links - and working with lovely new clients in the US as well as here in Ireland!

In previous newsletters I have written about various aspects of Positive Intelligence®. Many of you are familiar with it firsthand having experienced the 8 week program. Today, I want to dive deeper into it - and invite you to join me on my Building Positive Practices - Positive Intelligence® program starting in November. Keep reading for all the details!

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: Regular mindfulness and meditation practices can help you stay present, reduce stress, and foster a positive outlook.
  • Gratitude Journaling: Start a gratitude journal to focus on the positive aspects of your life. It's an excellent way to rewire your brain for positivity.
  • Surround Yourself with Positivity: Spend time with people who uplift and support you. Positive relationships can significantly impact your PQ.
  • Continuous Learning: Cultivate a growth mindset. Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Acts of Kindness: Practice random acts of kindness. Doing something good for others can boost your own positivity.

All of the above are so beneficial - you’ll feel better even if you only do some of them regularly!
