Welcome to our 6-Month Group Coaching Program! We’re excited to have you on board. This agreement outlines what you can expect from the program, our mutual commitments, and how we can work together effectively. Let’s get started!

Program Overview

Program Name: Time to Believe™ Group Coaching
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: September 2024
End Date: February 2025
Sessions: 12 group sessions, each lasting 60 minutes

Our Commitments to You

As your Coach, I commit to:

• Provide Structured Sessions: Each session will be well-planned and focused on helping you achieve your goals.
• Offer Support and Guidance: You’ll have access to resources, materials, and my expertise throughout the program.
• Foster a Positive Environment: I’ll ensure a respectful, supportive space where everyone can feel comfortable sharing and growing.
• Maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation (ICF) www.coachfederation.org/ethics.

Your Commitments

As a Client, you agree to:

• Attend Sessions: Be present at all scheduled sessions and participate actively.
• Engage and Respect: Contribute to discussions and respect the perspectives of fellow group members.
• Cultivate a core honesty with yourself.
• Commit yourself to intentions that are truly meaningful and significant to you.
• Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments.
• Complete Activities: Follow through on activities that are part of the program.
• Communicate: Let me know in advance if you can’t make a session or need extra support.

Confidentiality

Privacy: Everything shared within our sessions stays within the group. This is a safe space for open and honest communication.

However, to allow me to work in line with best coaching practices, should a challenging situation arise relating to the coaching process, I would need to bring it to my coaching supervisor.  If the coaching process is discussed in supervision the Client’s name will remain anonymous.  This does not constitute a breach of confidentiality.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
(a)   previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b)   publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c)    independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d)   rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
(e)  the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose
(f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the client or others or involves illegal activity

The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.

Data Privacy Policy
