Each session (10am-1pm) blends reflection, mindfulness, and coaching exercises in a serene spa setting. A nurturing break will be provided.

Session One | 25 October
Resilient & Radiant:
Unlocking Inner Calm


Focus: Manage stress and build emotional resilience.

Step into a space of calm and renewal with this uplifting 3-hour workshop designed to help you manage stress and build lasting emotional resilience.

Together, we’ll explore how stress impacts both mind and body, and learn simple yet powerful practices—like mindfulness, breathing, gratitude, and optimism—that can shift your wellbeing from the inside out. You’ll also discover the value of morning routines and self-care rituals that set the tone for calmer, more grounded days.

Leave feeling lighter, more centred, and equipped with practical tools to carry into every area of your life. 

 

Session Two | 8 November
The Self-Belief Reset: Confidence from the Inside Out

Focus: Strengthen confidence and inner trust.

In this empowering 3-hour session, we’ll explore how to break free from self-doubt and reconnect with your inner confidence.

Through reflection and guided practice, you’ll uncover the beliefs and patterns that hold you back, and learn how to shift your mindset toward empowering thoughts.

Together, we’ll explore positive self-talk, reframe limiting beliefs, and strengthen the self-trust that allows you to step forward with clarity and confidence.

The Art of Letting Go:  Release, Restore, Renew  (with Cathy O’Reilly)

Focus: Releasing stress, guilt, and emotional burdens.

This restorative session is designed to help you release stress, guilt, and the burdens of over-responsibility.

You’ll uncover what’s truly holding you back—your inner saboteurs—and learn practical steps to shift patterns, strengthen new behaviours, and act with greater freedom.

With tools for boundary setting, saying no with confidence, and communicating clearly, this workshop will help you create space for more energy, ease, and authenticity in your daily life.


 

Session Four | 6 December
Grounded & Grateful: To Manage the Lead into Christmas with Ease

Focus: Learn practical tools to manage holiday stress before it escalates.

The festive season doesn’t have to mean stress. In this final 3-hour session, you’ll learn grounding practices to stay centred, tools to reset before overwhelm builds, and strategies to move into Christmas with balance and calm.

By harnessing gratitude and perspective, you’ll boost resilience and strengthen your ability to manage seasonal pressures with ease.
